Aimpoint is very aware of its intellectual property rights

In July 2012, the Spanish authorities made a raid to several Airsoft stores and seized 25 pirated Aimpoint red dot sights, among other: 7ea CompM3 and 18ea Micro T-1 that were marked with Aimpoint's brand.

A verdict has now fallen against the person behind the import of these pirated copies, sentenced to 6 months in prison, 1800 € in fines and 12000 euros in damages to Aimpoint.

Aimpoint is very aware of its intellectual property rights and will continue to take action against pirated products.
